Goldengrove Ponies

We specialise in Welsh Section A's, B's, part-breds and riding ponies. Standing at stud we have Holyoake Czar, Welsh Section B Stallion. Fully approved by the Irish Horse Board and fully licenced by the Welsh Pony and Cob Society.

The Goldengrove prefix was first used by our grandfather Sean Maher in his Golden Grove pony stud in Roscrea, Co. Tipperary. When he sadly passed away in 2001, the breeding slowed for a few years until his grand-daughters were able to rejuvenate the bloodlines.

So now his legacy of pony breeding is continued by his grand-daughters Claire Scott and Sarah Rymer, and the Golden Grove pony legend rolls on in the form of Goldengrove ponies at Ringroe.
